Your new company A Global organisation based just outside Cork City in the Airport Business Park.
Your new role Process supplier invoices in line with purchase order supplier payments and maintain accurate vendor records.
Perform regular reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Issue customer invoices and statements.
Follow up on outstanding balances and handle customer queries.
Prepare debtor aging reports for management Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
Support audit preparation and year-end close processes.
Maintain procedural documentation and financial records.
Record and file cash transactions.
Process expense claims and bank reconciliations.
Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers What you'll need to succeed Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance or accounts role.
Proficiency in Sage 50 or similar accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Competent in Excel and spreadsheet management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Business Administration.
Training or certification from Accounting Technicians Ireland (ATI) or similar.
