Supply Chain Data Analytics Specialist Role Summary
This strategic position plays a vital role in Supply Chain Inventory Management, accountable for optimizing IOPS resources to meet manufacturing production schedules.
* Analyze and interpret data analytics to impact overall Supply Chain projects
* Lead data analysis to consolidate data associated with the Supply Chain process
* Create and publish KPIs to enhance Supply Chain process efficiency
* Develop databases and/or utilize data entry forms and reports
The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, PowerQuery, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, and Oracle, with a background in a scientific discipline and relevant experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Science industry settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute data analytics that drive business outcomes in Supply Chain Execute advanced ad-hoc queries and reports to gather and present information effectively to support development of Supply Chain processes Designing PowerQuery/PowerBI models, tools, templates, and analytics to identify and improve reporting efficiency to allow access to routine reports and ad hoc information requests for all Supply Chain stakeholders Creating and publishing KPIs to enhance Supply Chain process efficiency Leading the development of databases and/or utilization of data entry forms and reports (potentially combined with PowerAutomate workflows) Building and/or interpreting queries and reports to provide ready-to-use Excel/PowerPoint friendly information from PowerQuery/PowerBI Supporting the Supply Chain team to incorporate these queries and reports into day-to-day planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting needs Designing ad-hoc queries and reports to gather and present information effectively to support resolution of urgent Supply Chain issues Contributing to the development of systems/platforms which digitize, automate, and systematize Inventory Management processes Developing novel custom platforms using PowerApp (or equivalent) to improve efficiency and visibility of operational activities Utilizing the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Dataverses, Datasets, Dataflows, etc.) in the development of the associated infrastructure Collaborating with Global IT to effectively scale development and support ongoing maintenance/development
