Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel, including food and beverage, rooms, and maintenance and engineering.
* Lead and guide the team, continually improving procedures and service levels.

* P rovide mature leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements
We require a reliable, committed, motivated, and professional person with experience managing busy food and beverage operations, conferences, weddings, and special events. The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in operations management or food and beverage management in a prominent 4-star corporate-style hotel in Ireland.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
