**Service Advisor Role**
We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor in Dublin 12.
This is a permanent, full-time role requiring an automotive background and office-based work environment.
* Welcome and assist all customers bringing their vehicles in for service.
* Schedule vehicle service appointments via phone, email, or in person.
* Coordinate with the workshop to confirm availability for service, maintenance, and repair work.
* Provide ongoing updates to customers on the status of their vehicles while in the workshop.
* Discuss and agree on any additional work or costs with customers as necessary.
* Oversee the handover of serviced vehicles, clearly explaining the work completed and processing payments.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams including management, reception, sales, warranty, and parts.
* Assist in collecting and recording customer service feedback.
**Key Requirements:**
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within the motor industry.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in fluent English (written and spoken).
* Familiarity with ADP/Kerridge systems is an advantage (training can be provided).
* A strong track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure, especially during busy periods.
* A full, valid driving licence for Ireland.
* Must be fully authorised to live and work in Ireland or hold a current visa/work permit.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
