Responsibilities
1. Develop strategies and direct teams to ensure project deliverables are completed within budget, timescale, and resource constraints, and are signed off.
2. Take full accountability for defining, approaching, facilitating, and completing medium-scale projects with diverse scope.
3. Facilitate scoping and prioritize complex changes, engaging senior stakeholders as needed.
4. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including team management and budget administration.
5. Track resources, ensure deliverables are met, negotiate for key resources, and select team members.
6. Understand client requirements to fully address their needs, evaluate options, and establish baselines for delivery.
7. Use structured iterative methodologies, manage scope changes, communicate impacts, and secure approvals.
8. Maintain realistic project plans, communicate regularly and accurately with stakeholders.
9. Develop project plans using tools like MS Project or Project Workbench.
10. Use metrics to assess project success and implement necessary changes.
11. Conduct knowledge transfer and post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve practices.
12. Identify, quantify, and manage issues impacting project delivery; establish clear goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications
* Essential: Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent work experience.
* Desirable: Project management qualification or relevant experience.
