Contracts Manager Leading Irish Contractor A well-established Irish main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of major commercial construction projects such as pharmaceutical and medical device facilities, schools, hotels, retail developments, and other large-scale commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple construction projects. Lead project and site teams to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Plan and mobilise projects, coordinating resources, subcontractors, procurement, and site logistics. Monitor project programmes and progress to ensure key milestones are achieved. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Chair project meetings and provide progress updates to senior management. Oversee project completion, snagging, and handover while maintaining strong health & safety standards. Requirements Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. 35 years experience in a senior project management or Contracts Manager role. Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial construction projects such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, hotel, or retail developments. Strong knowledge of Irish construction practices, building regulations and industry standards. Experience working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and statutory authorities. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
