Office Manager

€40,000 - €45,000 per annum
A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract.
As Office Manager, you'll take the lead on ensuring our office is efficient, well-maintained, and welcoming. You'll support our team by managing facilities, suppliers, admin processes, events, and health & safety compliance—becoming the go-to person for all things office-related.
Sounds great What will my day-to-day look like?
1. Be the first point of contact for all office-related queries
2. Manage suppliers, building maintenance, and equipment upkeep
3. Maintain a stock of supplies and manage purchases within budget
4. Greet visitors and coordinate logistics for overseas guests
5. Oversee mail, couriers, and mobile phone service admin
6. Coordinate internal/external events, including board meetings
7. Ensure health & safety compliance and lead inductions
8. Support senior executives with ad hoc administrative tasks
9. Handle IT and access setup for new joiners and leavers
10. Communicate clearly and consistently with staff
What do I need?
11. At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
12. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
15. Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
16. Confident working independently and as part of a team
17. A "can-do" attitude and calm under pressure
This opportunity is a 6-month contract, based in the Dublin office, paying up to €45 per annum pro rata.
