We are recruiting on behalf of a top-tier Dublin law firm for an exceptional Associate Solicitor to join their highly-regarded Funds team.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated Qualified Solicitor (0–3 PQE) to gain exposure to sophisticated fund structures, investment management transactions, and regulatory matters in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

The Role
You will join a close-knit Funds team and take on responsibility across a diverse range of matters, including:
Fund Formation & Structuring: Advising on private equity, hedge, venture capital, real estate, and other investment funds, including ICAVs, and related regulatory considerations.
Documentation & Compliance: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating fund documentation; ensuring compliance with Irish regulatory frameworks, including AIFMD.
Licence Applications: Supporting Central Bank of Ireland authorisations for regulated investment firms and funds.
Client Advisory & Transaction Support: Advising on fund governance, operations, and assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
Collaboration & Business Development: Engaging with colleagues and clients, contributing to knowledge-sharing, and supporting business development initiatives.
The Person
Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 0–3 years PQE, ideally with experience in financial services or investment funds.
Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service abilities.
Commercially minded, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
