* Establish timely, accurate and consistent reserves and perform ongoing reviews throughout the claims cycle.
* Proactively manage a portfolio of cases to achieve a settlement within designated personal authority levels in line with established standards, procedures and guidance provided.
* Drive cases to a timely and accurate resolution, with an absolute focus on customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

* Administering and negotiating motor claims.
* Managing a portfolio of cases.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Working closely with internal operations teams.
* Maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:

* A minimum of two higher-level C3s/H5 subjects in the Leaving Certificate or Third Level Qualification (minimum Diploma Level 6 Standard), or equivalent industry qualification.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
* Desire to learn and be flexible to business change.
* Ability to recognise and understand appropriate legislative regulations.
* Quick learning capabilities and aptitude for understanding variable elements of insurance products.
* Ability to resolve customer problems.
