Job Description
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for an HR Business Partner to support our regional office. The role involves partnering with the business, resolving grievances and/or employee relations disputes, and driving key talent development activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish trusted relationships with middle management and support the business on talent and organisational needs.
* Support senior HRBP managers to develop the people plan and provide advisory support on local ER issues.
* Conduct disciplinary investigations, record local disciplinary sanctions in HRMS, and prepare disciplinary paperwork.
* Support the implementation of general HR initiatives and oversee policy and process changes in the business.
* Act as Office Manager for the Naas Regional Office, managing communication with contractors, own and drive key talent development activities within the regions/business area.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a degree in Human Resource Management. Full or partial CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in a specialist field would be a distinct advantage.
