Site Clerk A leading residential builder has a requirement for a Site Clerk for large housing development in South County Dublin (Kilternan) which has about 2-3 years work left in it. The preferred candidate should possess some construction experience and ideally have worked in a similar role recently. Role: General Site Administration BCAR Administration Quality Control H&S Paperwork Administration, etc. Document control for the site management team Procurement of site materials and reporting to Head Office for on-site accounts activities Maintenance of the site order book and reconciliation of orders with delivery dockets Inspection of deliveries when feasible Administration of returns in accordance with Company policy Verification of invoices and dockets before submission to Head Office Data entry and backup tasks Requirements: A minimum of 1 year's prior experience ideally in this type of role.
