The Role The successful candidate will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and control processes across construction operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets for multiple projects.
* Financial Insights: Produce financial reports and variance analysis for management and board review.
* Annual Budgeting: Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
* Project Accounting: Manage project accounting, including invoice processing and subcontractor payments.
* Creditor Management: Oversee creditor management, reconciliations, and supplier payment runs.
