We are seeking a Service Technician for our Head Office and Workshop near Portlaoise, Ireland. This role involves periodic service and maintenance of forest machines, diagnostics, and related repairs. The job also includes reporting work to customers via an electronic system. Learning on the job is common, and no two days are the same.
What We Expect From You
* Qualified Mechanic, Diesel Fitter, or similar degree.
* Experience in maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in forestry, construction, or trucking sectors.
* Good attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to participate in training.
You should be service-minded, flexible, able to work independently, and a good team player. Technical knowledge of heavy diesel engines, hydraulics, telemetry, and diagnostics is preferred.
