Job Title: CSA Site Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CSA Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Execution: Supervise day-to-day site activities for CSA works, ensuring that construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
* Team Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor progress, quality, and workmanship, ensuring compliance with project requirements and enforcing site safety regulations.
* Progress Reporting: Report progress, manpower, and material usage to the Construction Manager or Project Engineer, providing accurate and timely information to inform project decisions.
Requirements:
* A diploma or certificate in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience supervising CSA or civil works on construction projects
* Strong knowledge of site practices, materials, and construction methods
* Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
* Commitment to safety, quality, and timely project delivery
