Talent Sourcing Specialist
We are seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our organization and play a key role in attracting top talent. This position focuses on recruitment, supporting hiring managers, and building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the recruitment process for assigned teams/functions, with the flexibility to support additional areas as needed.
* Source, attract, and engage top talent through proactive strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment, including pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
* Maintain and manage job requisitions, applicant data, and reporting metrics using recruitment systems.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, serving as a trusted advisor on staffing strategies and best practices.
* Prepare and present competitive offer packages, incorporating market data and equity considerations.
* Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights on industry trends, talent pools, and market intelligence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience with sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Strong professional presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable results.
Experience with managing requisitions in applicant tracking systems preferred.
Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is beneficial.
