 
        
        Researcher Opportunities in Safe Nurse Staffing and Skill-Mix
The University College Cork's School of Nursing and Midwifery is currently recruiting a Post Doctoral Researcher to work on a wide programme of research into safe nurse staffing and skill-mix.
 * Leading a team of researchers in the delivery of project outputs as per pre-defined timelines.
 * Collaborating closely with Principal Investigators and researchers in Dublin and nationally.
 * Achieving expected progression within Post Doc and Senior Post Doc roles, transferable between Irish HEIs.
The successful candidate will be based in Dublin, collaborating closely with researchers and collaborators in that region. They should be willing to travel as the research is being undertaken nationally.
Progression within Post Doc and Senior Post Doc roles is transferable between Irish HEIs, which can reflect in the starting pay of a PD researcher.
This position requires a strong background in nursing or a related field, with excellent research skills and experience in leading teams. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in nursing or a related field, with a proven track record of publishing research papers and contributing to policy development.
