Healthcare Support Professional
About the Role:
The post holder will provide assistance and support to nursing staff in delivering quality person-centred care to residents. This includes getting to know residents' interests and needs, providing attention, support and companionship, promoting mobility, supervising activities ensuring optimum mobility is maintained or improved where possible.
The role also involves enabling residents to maintain their personal appearance/hygiene needs, assist with eating/drinking achieving physical comfort participating social activities sustaining high level of communication between resident's family/staff developing/maintaining good relationships contributing upkeep standards cleanliness home maintaining Health Safety home any other duties deemed necessary by Nurse Charge management.
