Projects Director | Midlands A specialist M&E contractor in the Midlands is looking for a Projects Director. You will: Oversee Projects, Design, and Installation departments across a number of live contracts Lead handover from sales to delivery, setting each job up correctly from day one Hold P&L accountability across the portfolio interrogating resource, headcount, and price Drive planning accuracy across all programmes using the company's ERP (Frameworks) Manage compliance, accreditations, and risk across a regulated environment Mentor and develop a team of engineers and project managers You are: A senior PM or Contracts Manager from a construction or M&E background with experience in site delivery Commercially sharp with direct P&L exposure and solid contract knowledge A strong people leader who develops their team rather than doing it for them Process-driven with the discipline to hold standards across a busy portfolio Based in or willing to commute to the Midlands, 5 days on site Skills: Project Management General Management Mentoring Staff Management Management Reporting Leadership And Management
