Finance Transformation Manager
Job Description:
* We seek an experienced professional to lead finance transformation projects, leveraging expertise in regulatory reporting and finance technologies.
* The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of delivering complex change initiatives, managing diverse teams, and collaborating with stakeholders across jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
‣ Manage or support engagements with clients providing high-quality consulting services.‣ Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.‣ Understand EY's service offerings and actively support identifying opportunities to better serve clients. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to bridge business and IT languages, deliver quality projects on time.
‣ Expertise in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes such as BCBS239 IRe F IFRS 9 SRB Stress testing is required for this position.
The job demands being proactive regarding knowledge gaps affecting project delivery. Delivery experience through multidisciplinary stakeholder programs is also essential for this team leader position.
