Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading client relationships and managing a portfolio of aviation clients. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work virtually and from our Dublin, Shannon, and Cork offices.
The primary focus of this role will be to develop and manage strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with underwriters to provide tailored insurance solutions.
This requires a deep understanding of the aviation industry in Ireland, related insurance products, and exceptional client service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Develop and execute strategies to grow the aviation client portfolio
* Provide technical advice and assistance to clients and colleagues across a range of aviation insurance products
* Prepare and present proposals to clients highlighting the benefits of Aon's risk and insurance solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven record of delivering results, product innovation, negotiating renewal deals, securing new clients, and jeopardy account management
* Several years of relevant Insurance broking experience including an understanding of aviation risks
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise deadlines and workloads
* Progress towards the Chartered Insurance Institute examinations (ACII) with a minimum achievement of CIP
