Oversee the condition and upkeep of all family residences, ensuring they are always ready for use. Coordinate with local teams to schedule routine maintenance, deep cleans, gardening, seasonal readiness, and minor refurbishments. Anticipate their preferences and stay ahead of seasonal or event-based needs (e.g., preparing a home for arrival or hosting). #The person: Strong background in private property, estate, or household management ideally across multiple countries. Experience coordinating with third-party vendors, service providers, or facilities teams. Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with both principals and contractors. Tech-savvy and comfortable with property management software, shared calendars, and digital tools. Financially literate able to track budgets, review invoices, and report on spending. Highly discreet and professional respects the privacy of the principals at all times. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently without close supervision. Culturally aware and diplomatic when working across different countries and service cultures. Calm under pressure and quick to resolve any arising issues.
