The Opportunity This is an ideal role for an experienced mortgage professional who wants to move away from a pure "sales targets" environment and focus on delivering high-quality, end-to-end client advice.
You will play a critical role in shaping the unit to optimise the customer experience and ensure successful mortgage outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Client Advisory: Provide comprehensive, proactive advice and support to clients, acting as their dedicated expert throughout the journey.
End-to-End Case Management: Guide clients seamlessly from the initial fact-find and application right through to mortgage completion, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
Credit Analysis: Conduct detailed credit assessments and prepare strong recommendations on mortgage applications prior to submission, ensuring high approval success rates.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and lenders.
You will also have the autonomy to develop your own client network alongside managing provided leads.
Process Enhancement: Work closely with the team to review and refine advisory practices, identifying any process blockers to ensure the most efficient client journey.
Pipeline Management: Manage your client pipeline effectively to ensure timely drawdowns and exceptional service standards.
Requirements Qualifications: QFA is required.
Experience: Proven experience in managing the end-to-end mortgage process with a strong track record of successfully progressing applications with credit functions.
Regulatory Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the current regulatory environment for mortgages in Ireland.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with experience supporting clients via telephone, digital channels, or in-person.
