Facilities Administrator Sandyford, Dublin 18 (Onsite) Salary: €35,000 + Pension Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm (Fully Onsite) Our client is seeking a Facilities Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of their office environment. This is a hands-on, onsite support role focused on ensuring meeting rooms, equipment and general office facilities are running efficiently while also providing basic IT and administrative support to staff. This role would suit someone early in their career who enjoys being practical, organised and helpful, and who is happy to get involved wherever needed. Full training will be provided on the IT side of the role. The Role: Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including laptop and equipment setup/collection. Maintain simple records of company devices and office equipment. Act as a reliable onsite point of contact for day-to-day office and staff support issues. Check meeting rooms daily to ensure equipment, screens, cables and audio systems are working correctly. Reconfigure meeting rooms and office layouts as required, including moving desks and furniture when needed. Coordinate deliveries, couriers and equipment drop-offs. Maintain office supplies and basic IT stock including peripherals, cables and accessories. Prepare and set up laptops and devices for new starters. Provide first-level IT support including password resets, connectivity checks and peripheral troubleshooting. Assist staff with meeting room technology including video conferencing and screen sharing. Log and escalate more complex IT issues to the IT team or external service providers. Support the wider office team with general administrative and facilities-related duties as required. The Person: Previous experience in an office support, administration, facilities or customer-facing role would be an advantage. Comfortable in a practical, hands-on role and willing to assist with office setup changes and light physical tasks. Good general IT skills including Microsoft 365, Windows laptops and meeting room technology. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities throughout the day. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new systems and processes. Friendly, approachable and service-focused with strong communication skills. Reliable, calm under pressure and solutions-oriented. Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks through to completion. Full training will be provided on internal systems and IT setup procedures.
