The organisation runs a number of enterprises including a garden centre and restaurant, sports & leisure centre, a picture framing shop, and a car wash area, and provides a number of training rooms for hire.
Role Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for a Chef to join our team in Dill & Pickle Restaurant in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.
The Chef is responsible for the efficient operation and development of the restaurant, including managing the respective Catering Unit, providing catering services, and training individuals with special needs for employment in the Hotel and Catering industry.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operation in line with the policies and objectives of Kilcannon Industries CLG.
This role will initially operate Monday to Friday, with plans to expand to a six-day operation in the future.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year's experience in a chef role with responsibility for managing/supervising staff.
2. Hold a Chef Qualification (desirable)
3. Be currently eligible to work in Ireland
4. HACCP Qualification (desirable)
