You'll set global social strategy, build operating models, govern best practice across markets, and drive measurable impact in a highly regulated category.What will I be doing?Lead and implement global social media best practices and operational standards across multiple categories and marketsSet and govern brand social strategy, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effectiveness across platformsPartner with regional teams and agencies to optimise social media investment, tools, and ways of workingDrive performance by defining measurement frameworks, analysing results, and continuously improving social impactFoster a strong internal community of practice, sharing insights and scaling successful social media approachesWhat experience and skills should I have?Minimum 7 years' experience in social media and marketing, ideally within CPG or other regulated industriesProven experience leading social media across multiple markets or regions within a global organisationStrong understanding of the digital and social ecosystem, with a performance- and data-led mindsetAbility to influence senior stakeholders, markets, and agencies without direct authorityHighly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentThis opportunity is a 12-month contract, hybrid in Dublin 8, paying up to €102,000 per annum pro rata.
