You will have an active role in driving HP strategy and business growth.

**Responsibilities*** Sell the HP commercial solutions portfolio, focusing on PC Hardware, Services, Display and Accessories.
* Establish a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with clients and develop a core understanding of the unique business needs.
* Engage education partners effectively to improve win rates on selective deals.
* Generate new leads for HP solutions and collaborate with other specialists or partners as needed.
* Enter opportunities in pipeline tools and update them weekly.
Recommend and implement Pipeline management practices.
* Build and deploy a territory account plan that includes working with partners, specialists.
* Ability to implement margin recovery activities/strategies in full ownership of the account or in partial ownership depending on account coverage.
* Act as a first interface for customers as fronts a virtual team where applicable.
* Identify customer requirements, match with HP capabilities.
* Working with the Ireland Inside sales team* Advocate HP channel programs in the public sector space.
**Skills Required:*** Full Driver's License* Can demonstrate experience in understanding large product portfolios and motivate external stakeholders to deliver annual growth* Can demonstrate commercial acumen which will be basis for all discussions* Passion for technology and innovation* Self-motivation, confidence and fast learning skills* Creativity, proactiveness and strong interpersonal abilities* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.Thanks for taking the time to review our job.
