A leading Main Contractor/Developer that specialises in residential projects based in Cork is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis
About Your New Job
Manage costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from initial estimates to final figures
Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, perform cost control, and generate cost reports
Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Monitor developments with the assistance of the Commercial Director
What Skills You Need
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
3+ Years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
Residential QS experience is desirable.
A full clean Irish Driver's Licence - Class B
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
