Our large international client is looking for an experienced IT Officer (specialising in Unified Communications) to join their office, fully onsite in Dublin. The successful candidate will manage a small team of assistants in the IT department and will implement and maintain all unified communication and collaboration solutions across the business offices in Ireland.
Requirements:
- IT degree in Computer Science / Engineering
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent understanding of PC hardware and Windows operating systems
- Strong technical background and experience with unified communications solutions
- Project Management experience
- Experience of working with meeting room technology, Telecoms support and Mobile support
- Knowledge of MTR Solutions
- Audio & Video Codecs
- Supervisory / Management experience essential
