Links will also be made with relevant voluntary and statutory agencies, families and friends of visitors.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecording of income and expenditure for petty cash, invoices, etc.Making Cash Lodgements to BankRecord and post all mail dailyMaintain databasesEnsuring files are up to dateResponsible for all building securityResponsible for stationery and stock control.Ensure Health and Safety standards and practices are always fully adhered to on premisesSupporting the delivery of disability awareness training in local schools.Implementing and updating the CRM system.Sourcing relevant and appropriate information for service users either for their interest or to support them in self advocacy endeavors. Examples of these information types include the IWA's Access Guidelines, the Operation Sign-Upcampaign, details on the mobility grant allowance and matters relating to parking cards.Provide administrative support to the Service Coordinator, Area Manager and the ROC Services.To carry out any other responsibilities / duties assigned to you from time to time which may include participating in Centre activities.Ensuring Fire Record is Maintained daily.Ensuring Covid Wellness Forms are completed.PERSON SPECIFICATIONTraining, Experience and QualificationsECDL or 1-2 years' experience working in a busy office environment is requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office suite is requiredPrevious experience of creating and maintaining databases (eg.
