Comprehensive Speech and Language Therapist

* Positions available within a dynamic team in Meath or Drogheda.
* Work with children (0-18 years) who have a range of needs including developmental delays, autism, physical and sensory disabilities, and learning difficulties.
* Be a key member of a collaborative team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, and Social Workers.
* Access to regular training, supervision, and peer support as part of the clinical model.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and intervention plans for children
* Contribute to the development and review of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring goals reflect the priorities of the child and family
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated, child-centred care
* Prioritise caseloads in line with clinical needs and service requirements
* Maintain high-quality documentation including assessment reports, therapy plans, and progress notes
* Provide therapy within appropriate clinical, community, and educational settings
* Ensure compliance with national standards and professional guidelines
* Engage in quality improvement and clinical audit activities.
Requirements:
* Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent
* Registered with the relevant professional body
* Experience working with children with a range of needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
