Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday· Annual Leave: 24 working days exclusive of public holidays.· Probation: Six-month probation period· Travel: Travel will be paid at project rates - €0.42 per KM and €0.70 per mile Details of Service Lifestart is a home visiting service working with parents of children pre-birth to 5 years of age, providing child development, parent education and family support across the continuum of need in 9 sites in the Republic of Ireland.
The Data and Implementation Officer will support the development and promotion of best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis.
This includes creating a unified data architecture, adopting management tools, and implementing integration techniques for reliable, accessible, and secure data, cultivating a culture where data is valued and used across the organization.
The DIO will also oversee the development of an integrated services approach through regular analysis and review of the Evide Impact Tracker (CRM).
The DIO will act as the key player in the installation, training, testing, and troubleshooting of procedures and processes across the Lifestart sites in the Republic of Ireland.
To work closely with the National Home Visiting Office and the Data Quality Officer.
Reporting To· The Regional Manager Lifestart Services Donegal Key Relationships· Lifestart Services Regional Manager· Organisations implementing or intending to implement the Lifestart Growing Child Programme in particular Managers, Co-ordinators and Family Visitors· Local Regional and National Stakeholders in particular The National Home Visiting Lead and Data Quality Officer; Tusla, HSE, Home Visiting Alliance· Lifestart sites nationally· Lifestart National Office & Lifestart Foundation Data Management and Analysis· Oversee the development of an integrated services approach through regular analysis and review of the Evide Impact Tracker (CRM).· Assist in the collation, data entry, and analysis of data for a variety of interventions across the Lifestart Growing Child Programme· Development of processes to ensure data quality including the cleaning and completeness of all datasets for analysis· Review/Evaluate current data gathering methods and workflows to ensure they meet the best practices for statistical analysis· Contribute to the development of other evaluation frameworks· Providing comprehensive statistical support on the design, analysis and interpretation of surveys/questionnaires including consideration of how we can compare to previous Lifestart Growing Child research and national datasets· Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency and accuracy· Generate statistical tables and figures for reports including the application of inferential statistical tests where appropriate Client Records and Management System· Provide support, assistance and training in the development, design, management and training of the Evide Impact Tracker or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems.

Qualifications Hons Degree (level 8) or master's degree (level 9) in Statistics, Data Analytics, Psychology, Social Work, Health, Economics, Education, or related discipline, or equivalent experience Essential Experience / Knowledge Research Design· Practical experience of longitudinal research in social sciences· Experience of data quality and audit processes Data Management and Statistical Analysis· Experience in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.· Experience in database systems· Experienced user of statistical analysis packages (such as SPSS)· Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics· Excellent statistical analysis skills IT Knowledge· Ability to plan, create and manage statistical computer database· Strong IT skills Admin and Communications· Excellent administration and organisational skills with attention to detail· Effective communication skills including report writing and presentation skills· At least two years' experience in a research and/or evaluation role, ideally with experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
