You'll empower individuals with disabilities to live full, independent, and meaningful lives-through direct support, skill-building activities, and community engagement. In this role, you will: Provide daily living, personal care, and emotional support. Deliver and facilitate activities, training, and life skills programmes. Support service users in both day service and residential environments. Promote inclusion, independence, and wellbeing. What you need: Level 7 qualification in Social Care (or equivalent). Experience in disability, day service, or residential care.
