GEN FARMS explores the dynamic interplay between gender, age, and their influence on farm sustainability and innovation.
The study utilises a multidisciplinary approach, combining a comprehensive literature review, rigorous quantitative data analysis and qualitative techniques.
Salary: €33,291 per annum.
