As Site STS Lead for the IFF Manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for End-to-End Service Delivery in very complex, dynamic, and challenging environments. Overseeing diverse projects focused on the site, along with coordinating and aligning with vendor management of local and external partners, are key to successful site operations. IT Leads are expected to engage frequently with site staff, operations, and business leaders to understand business needs, service requirements, and continuous improvement opportunities.
As a member of the Site Technology Servicing team, you will provide exceptional customer service effectively to all local clients and visitors within your sub-regional remit. You will provide hands-on support, applying your local knowledge and language skills to support IT-related issues as defined by the Service Catalog. Working days and hours follow local business hours, and you may need to attend meetings outside of these hours.
* Customer Service & Support: Provide exceptional service on Infrastructure and Application Incidents, Requests for Changes, and Services dispatched for Site Tech, maintaining a balance between customer service and operational excellence. Work closely with the production site to ensure maximum uptime of plant IT systems. Collaborate with site operations and business leaders to recommend solutions and process improvements. (40%)
* Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities for site services, infrastructure, and systems. Lead digital and innovation initiatives, driving their execution and delivery. Collaborate with site Process Control technology groups to develop new applications and ensure uninterrupted business-critical data flow. (20%)
* Project Management: Participate in or manage global, regional, or local pilot and rollout projects initiated by the global IT organization. (5%)
Manage the workstation compliance dashboard to maintain minimal defects (10%). Support site-related activities such as budgets, projects, audits, IT contracts, and vendor management, and work with engineering teams to maintain a site disaster recovery plan for IT assets (10%). Continuously advise and cooperate with IT management to improve the working environment of Site Techs, service perception, and value delivery to the business (5%). Manage procurement and deployment of hardware and software, including decommissioning old equipment (5%). Provide support to remote offices and travel as needed.
