Retail Store Supervisor Role
To excel as a Retail Store Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the store. This includes ensuring high standards in customer service, merchandising, stock management, and sales performance.
* Direct and manage retail operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Provide outstanding customer service by fostering strong client relationships
* Pursue sales targets and maximise store profitability through effective inventory control and promotions
* Maintain accurate sales and stock records using Excel and POS systems
* Train, supervise, and support junior staff to enhance their skills and productivity
