The Team and Role:

The Senior Customer Account Management Specialist supports end-to-end supply chain processes for key B2B Reseller customer accounts, with a core focus on collaborative planning and Business Review initiatives. The role emphasizes leveraging data-driven insights and adopting advanced technologies—including AI tools—to deliver optimal customer service and continuous process improvement.

The specialist will work closely with regional B2B Customers and channel collaboration teams to deliver a world-class customer experience.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic B2B customers to understand their priorities and supply chain needs.

* Negotiate and influence customers to increase supply chain predictability.

* Lead and facilitate CPFR processes with strategic B2B Reseller customer accounts.

* Analyze forecasts, and sales trends—utilizing AI-powered analytics as appropriate—to drive supply chain accuracy and efficiency.

* Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE), and external teams: Distribution, and B2B Resellers for synchronized supply planning and execution.

* Internalize insights from customers into Logitech Demand Planning and replenishment teams.

* Prepare and present data analytics, performance metrics, and process improvement recommendations during QBRs, incorporating AI-generated insights when relevant.

* Partner with stakeholders to evaluate account health, identify risks, and propose actionable solutions.

* Document outcomes and follow up on action items resulting from QBR discussions.

* Serve as the main contact for assigned B2B Reseller customer accounts, addressing supply chain inquiries and resolving issues.

* Build strong, trust-based relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.

* Support Strategic end-Customer deals as the liaison between B2B Resellers, Channel Distribution, and Logitech Supply Chain.

* Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for AI integration that benefit customer account management.

* Identify and recommend process enhancements to optimize account management and supply chain performance.

* Support the implementation of best practices across teams.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

* 3-5 years' experience in customer account management or supply chain operations.

* Proven expertise in CPFR and QBR processes.

* Passion for customer success and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

* Familiarity and enthusiasm for working with AI tools in a professional environment.

* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.

* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
