About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance professional to join our team as a Finance Analyst. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing indirect taxes and assisting with direct taxes management.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Indirect Tax Management
o Timely preparation and accurate submission of bi-monthly VAT returns
o Completion of statutory statistical return (VEIS and Intrastat) to comply with all monthly deadlines
o Reviewing new product introduction flows to ensure correct VAT treatment for all NPI transactions
* Direct Tax Assistance
o Assistance with preparation of quarterly Corporation tax provision
o Assistance with annual Corporation tax return in Irish and UK jurisdiction
o Assistance with R&D tax credit application
o Assistance with year-end deferred tax provision
* Inventory Accounting
o Managing inventory accounting for SKBTI
o Calculating quarterly inventory obsolescence
o Ensuring inventory records are complete and accurate
* Other Responsibilities
o Preparation of Service and deposit Invoices to customers and the associated Revenue Recognition
o Preparation of quarterly Customs returns to Revenue
o Ad-hoc support of customer queries in relation to Customs Procedures
o Managing month end close process for AR, inventory and taxes
o Monthly preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations
o Assistance with audit queries in tax, inventory and revenue area
o Other project work, that may arise within Finance Department
