Payroll Specialist
Due to ongoing projects we are seeking to hire a Payroll Specialist & Account Payable to support our Payroll Manager. This role is for you if you are an ambitious and motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives in a proactive, hands-on role.
As a Payroll Specialist you will report directly to the Payroll Manager. Your role will encompass a broad range of duties as determined by the Financial Executive, which shall include:
* Timely and accurate preparation of weekly payroll using Collsoft and Equee Construction Manager software.
* Review of timesheets for uploading to Collsoft and Equee Construction Manager software.
* Calculation of holiday pay and statutory payments such as sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay, benefits in kind, pension contributions to be included in the payroll process.
* Preparing bank files & reports for transfers of salary payments.
* Distribution of payslips on or before date of payment.
* Processing weekly PAYE submissions to Revenue
* All other various ad hoc assignments or tasks relative to the role that may be given to you as part of your employment.
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in a Payroll Specialist role in a fast-paced environment
* IPASS Certified
* Knowledge of Collsoft & Equee Construction Manager softwares a plus but not mandatory
* Availability to work from our office based in Naas, Kildare
