An exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career in the Hospitality industry. Career progression and continuous training will be provided to the right candidate.RoleTo oversee the day to day operation of the premises while on duty. To ensure that a consistently high standard and quality of service exists at all times with a specific focus on both Food and Beverage and Rooms/Front Office departments.Key ResponsibilitiesTo work with the Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the operationTo ensure that all staff conduct themselves in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and policies.To ensure that the department is operating within the food and hygiene regulations (HACCP)Ability to direct the team in all operational departments in their day to day dutiesA strong presence on the floor with a hands-on approach at all service timesTo maintain control over the cash on the premisesTo handle any complaints that may arise and ensure that each complaint is handled in a manner that complies with our policyTo deal with guest queries in a friendly and professional manner to ensure guest satisfactionLog any accidents or incidents that may occur to patrons or staff of the property in the incident report formsTo ensure that all fire safety equipment is in good working order and that it is placed in the correct position as laid down by legislation.RequirementsHigh levels of enthusiasm and motivationHigh level of problem-solving.Excellent communication skills and leadership skillsExcellent organizational skillsPrevious experience with at least 4 years experience as a Duty Manager or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a Hotel Or Bar & Restaurant.Front Office experience & knowledge of front office software would be an advantageExperience using a Front Office / Reception computer SystemExperience using Restaurant Reservation Systems such as Res Diary or OpenTable would be an advantageAvailable to work a variety of shifts included late night, early morning and weekend shiftsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €43,000.00-€47,000.00 per yearBenefits:Food allowanceOn-site parkingExperience:Hospitality Management: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
