Site Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical and engineering aspects of construction projects, including setting out and surveying sites. This role requires experience in site surveying using Total Station/GPS equipment, as well as knowledge of Irish construction regulations and practices.
Key responsibilities include reviewing project design documentation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and providing expert information and expertise for report preparation to tight deadlines.
Additional duties include maintaining health and safety standards and assisting with the management of construction projects from start to finish.

Requirements
Candidates must possess a civil engineering degree or similar qualification and have at least three years' experience in a similar role. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong attention to detail is also required, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Irish construction regulations and practices should be well understood, and candidates are expected to have prior experience working on construction projects.
