Clinical Audit Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Audit Professional to lead and conduct clinical audits, identifying gaps and recommending changes to ensure optimal patient care.
1. Coordinate and manage clinical audits to ensure compliance with best practices.
2. Collate and analyze data to prepare reports for stakeholders.
3. Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to processes or procedures.
This role requires a strong clinical background, experience with IT systems, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and have a positive attitude towards challenging situations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting clinical audits, reviewing charts and documentation, and observing practice.
* Liaising with the Quality Manager to set up audit schedules and review current frameworks.
* Providing advice, guidance, and support to staff undertaking clinical audit projects.
The Clinical Audit Professional will work closely with hospital departments and the Quality team to provide reports and feedback on audits conducted. They will also be responsible for managing the clinical audit process and reporting on progress against clinical audit plans.
