Your day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Manage a high volume of new and existing accounts.
2. Retain and grow revenue within your accounts.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and expand client relationships.
4. Upsell, cross-sell, and activate both new and existing accounts.
5. Communicate new features and enhancements to the product team.
6. Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and trends to internal teams and clients.
7. Establish clear advertising goals with clients, including KPIs such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPC.
Your profile:
1. Experience in Advertising Technology or campaign management (experience with platforms like Google, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
2. Experience in sales or account management roles.
3. Knowledge of current online marketing trends.
4. Experience interacting with clients and providing strategic insights.
5. Native-level fluency in Norwegian and English.
6. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, G Suite).
What’s in it for you:
1. Base salary of €38,000.
2. Commission structure up to €15,000 annually.
3. Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
