Experienced IT Support Technician sought for a challenging role providing essential support across multiple properties.
This is a full-time permanent position offering ample room for growth and advancement within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the IT manager to facilitate day-to-day operations.
* Configure and maintain PCs and user accounts on the internal system.
* Install, configure, and support business-specific applications.
* Develop and maintain SOP documentation for all department processes.
* Troubleshoot and provide support for printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
* Offer hands-on technical support across departments, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and application issues.
* Manage desktop antivirus systems.
* Diagnose, repair, and escalate hardware or software problems as necessary.
* Provide initial user support and escalate issues when required.
* Perform maintenance on AV systems.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience in IT support.
* Third-level IT qualification (minimum 2-year diploma) required.
* Familiarity with Windows 11 Pro, firewalls, virtualization, and server experience advantageous.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
* Previous experience with POS and/or Oracle Opera interfacing preferred.
* Knowledge of maintaining/troubleshooting domain IP networks, Active Directory, and Veeam Backup desirable.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Knowledge of AV systems advantageous.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Flexibility to work overtime if required.
* Fluency in English both written and verbal essential.
* Valid driver's license required.
