About The Role
Title: People Change Advisor
Location: Remote with some travel
Pay: Competitive
Hours: 40 Hours a week
Provide advice, guidance, and counsel to stakeholders in relations to TUPE, acquisition and all change processes which include redundancy and restructure. The postholder will be responsible for supporting the operational team with attending on site meetings for mobilisations of new contracts. Being a subject matter expert in TUPE and Change management .The postholder will ensure that decisions are commercially risk assessed and legally compliant
Key accountabilities
* Manage high volume TUPE and people change management case load, working to legal deadlines and being a subject matter expert in TUPE and change management processes.
* Manage the end-to-end process of TUPE in- and out-transfers, ensuring compliance with legislation.
* Coordinate the collection, validation, and transfer of employee data for mobilisation projects.
* Support planning and delivery of TUPE consultation meetings with colleagues and representatives, including attending onsite welcome meetings around the UK as and when required.
* Provide guidance to managers and colleagues on TUPE processes, rights, and obligations
* Manage the end-to-end process for all redundancy, restructure and organisational change processes.
* Check and challenge business rationale for change within business cases to mitigate commercial and litigation risk
* Produce redundancy calculations when required
* Produce related documents including scripts and letters for all redundancy, restructure and organisational change processes.
* Ensuring engagement is maintained and managers act in a way that involves employees and fosters a positive work environment not losing sight of our mission to make Bidvest Noonan a great place to work.
* Ensuring managers are upskilled to deal with people change related challenges in a fair and effective manner
* Analyse and generate TUPE ELI
* Deliver coaching and training to managers in matters relating to People Change activities
* Any other duties commensurate with the capability of the post holder and as required by the nature of the role.
Knowledge, experience and skills
* Relevant HR experience at an appropriate level in a diverse and fast paced organisation
* Experience in similar role
* Exceptional and demonstrable record of delivering against targets
* Knowledge and/or experience of employment legislation in particular TUPE regulations and redundancy and restructure
* Ability to establish credibility and be able to influence at Operational level
* Excellent networking skills and stakeholder engagement skills
* Have independence and the ability to challenge constructively and positively
* Excellent People Management skills
