Role:

If you love beer and spirits and want to ensure consumers access Diageo’s brands like Guinness, Harp, Carlsberg, Smirnoff, Baileys, and others, this role is for you. As a Diageo representative, you'll combine sales strategy, relationship building, and activations to drive sales and product availability across your region. A positive attitude, digital skills, and alignment with our culture are essential for success.


Responsibilities:

1. Follow journey plans provided by your line manager.
2. Adhere to merchandising guidelines, including planogram compliance, promotional space maximization, and negotiations with store managers.
3. Record sales, merchandiser needs, competitor activities, and provide feedback promptly.
4. Ensure products have correct SEL placement and pricing, and merchandise promotional displays.
5. Take before-and-after photos using handheld devices.
6. Coordinate with store managers to ensure satisfaction with work.
7. Build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
8. Maintain CPM and client standards and policies.
9. Strive for high performance standards for customers.
10. Operate efficiently to complete all tasks.
11. Perform any other duties as assigned by your line manager.


Minimum Requirements:

* Familiarity with technology.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Valid full clean driver’s license.
