We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining a productive and motivated team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in restaurant management, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties
* Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties
* Support staff supervision, scheduling.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
* Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
* Train and support front-of-house staff in company procedures
* Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on budgeting, cost control, and labour management
* Step in for the Restaurant Manager during absences or as needed
Requirements:
* At least 2 years experience in a Hospitality supervisory or management role
* Strong leadership and team-building skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
