As a key member of our housekeeping team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel
* Delivering excellent guest service in the Accommodation and Public Area's Department
* Assigning and inspecting rooms to ensure they meet agreed standards
* Identifying and supporting training needs within the team
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of cleaning products and ensuring staff are trained accordingly
* Liaising with other departments as required, ensuring effective communication at all levels
* Complying with statutory and legal requirements for Health and Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and Employment
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a 4-5* property
* A high level of attention to detail and standards of cleanliness
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient use of general office PC applications
* Ability to delegate and multitask effectively
