Job Title:

Legal Secretary



About the Role:

* Provide administrative support to solicitors in a property team.
* Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, leases, and correspondence.
* Handle dictation, diary management, and scheduling.
* Manage case files, billing, and document organization.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders professionally.
* Assist with general office and team administration as required.




Requirements:

* 3+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary within a property or real estate team.
* Excellent typing, formatting, and document management skills.
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Professional and proactive approach, with strong client service skills.
