Become part of our team and start your career at PALFINGER.The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring supplier quality performance, driving continuous improvement, and securing compliant, high-quality materials for production.Your responsibilitiesManage supplier quality and evaluate supplier performanceSupport new supplier audits, qualification, and quality assurance during trial productionWork with suppliers to address quality issues and drive continuous improvementParticipate in developing incoming inspection standards and promoting internal quality improvementConduct annual and product audits according to audit requirementsPerform on-site pre-shipment inspections at supplier locations for export productsYour QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality-related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or supplier quality management, familiar with ISO9001 systemStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsFamiliar with welding processes and capable of performing independent welding inspectionsKnowledge of hydraulic systems with proven problem-solving capability in hydraulic issuesGood English communication skills, capable of reading and writing technical reports in EnglishWhat we offerA competitive salary package with performance-based bonusesAnnual leaveContinuous training and professional development programsA supportive, international team cultureOpportunities to work on impactful projects with leading industry clientsAre you interested in the position and still have questions?
