Customer Service Representative | Hybrid | Dublin | 35-45K
My client, a distributor of Polymer/Plastic granules to the plastic’s manufacturing industry is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Rathcoole.
3 days in office / 2 days WFH
Duties:
* Receive orders from customers, acknowledge receipt
* Request pricing from supplier / salesman
* Enter customer orders on SAP
* Enter Purchase order on SAP and send to supplier
* Follow up with supplier for delivery dates and liaise with customer accordingly
* Receive stock on SAP
* Dispatch stock and send paperwork to customer
* Send instructions to warehouse (if relevant) to dispatch goods
* Arrange collections (where necessary) from suppliers
* Advise warehouse when stock is arriving
* Maintain stock levels and complete stock take at month end
* Invoice / credit customers accordingly
* Maintain all hard copies and UK filing as required
* Support to Salesmen where needed
* Reconcile warehouse / transport costs with accounts
Candidate:
* Education with a minimum of the leaving certificate or equivalent
* Experience of working within a customer service/customer care,
* Excellent organisational and telephone skills
* Experience within a customer service role
* Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility with working hours
* IT skills; e.g. experienced in the use of CRM (Salesforce), SAP, Tableau and/or Microsoft Office suite
